A Historic Space Reimagined
The second-floor space at Tinker House is framed by tall factory windows, original brick, and exposed timber beams. Daytime events are washed in natural light; at night, the room glows with warm, layered lighting for an intimate, relaxed atmosphere.
Flexible layouts allow you to host ceremonies, receptions, meetings, dinners, or cocktail-style gatherings in one continuous space. We work with you to design a floor plan that feels both beautiful and comfortable for your guest count.
A Bar with a Story
Along the north side of the room, our custom concrete bartop and rope-lit shelving create a natural gathering place. It’s where guests linger, connect, and enjoy your beverage program while still feeling part of the main celebration.
Local makers brought the space to life: custom light installations by Color Story Studio and detailed woodwork by Bohall Design & Fabrication, including live-edge shelving and signature sliding doors. Every corner feels considered and distinctly Tinker House.
A Private Suite & Veranda
Just off the main hall, our green room doubles as a bridal suite or VIP lounge. Lush plants, vintage furnishings, and a custom light installation create a calm retreat away from the energy of the party.
Step through to the small veranda, strung with café lights and overlooking the neighborhood. It is a favorite spot for a quiet moment, a breather between speeches, or a late-night nightcap.
