Your Investment
Tinker House offers transparent, year-based rental pricing that reflects the season, day of the week, and year of your celebration. Wedding rentals include 12 hours of venue access, full setup of all tables, chairs and linens, access to our Bridal Suite, and support from our Director of Weddings & Events throughout your planning process.
Beverage service is coordinated in-house through our signature bar program, featuring custom cocktails, curated selections, and a beautiful built-in bar that becomes the heart of your celebration.

Provider Café, located on the first floor of Tinker House, offers the perfect extension to your wedding day. Its warm lighting, custom-built bar, and relaxed atmosphere create a beautiful setting for cocktail hour or a seamless transition between key moments in your celebration.
Many couples use Provider Café to welcome guests during cocktail hour while the ceremony space resets upstairs—or simply as a quiet, intimate retreat for family or wedding party members throughout the evening.

Choose from curated beverage packages or work closely with our team to build a menu that feels personal — signature cocktails, refreshing mocktails, craft beers, specialty wines, and thoughtful non-alcoholic options.
For Saturday weddings, a $4,000 bar minimum applies. Bar minimums vary by date; ask our team for a detailed breakdown.
